As a Trainer, I am on my feet all day either training myself (bodybuilding), training my clients, running outdoors.The breathable mesh all around helps cool off my feet. Durable and supportive sole. Great traction. Very comfortable. Very true to size. Size 9M. Roomy enough for my toes, and the right snug so my feet don't slide. And the color gives me some pop too! I plan to buy the red/black and phantom/black ones. Adidas is my favorite shoe! I've ran in these shoes every day on all types of terrain, I've ran on rocks, dirt, grim and etc. And these shoes have held up to all the abuse, these shoes are very comfortable. I have very poor arch support, and I've been told by our doc that I have planters fac. But these shoes have given me the cushion support so that I can still run with my fellow troops and maintain. They let my feet breath, but they give me excellent cushioning from the impact of the terrain. Now they aren't the greatest on ankle support, but they make up for it with the cushioning. I use an ankle brace with them, for more ankle support. They are still standing strong after running through the trails of Alfganistan. These shoes are excellent, I washed them today for the first time; and they look almost new. I will purchase another pair of these shoes to accompany me on the next deployement, that way I will...
